Today is a special day, to celebrate i work in Singapore for a month. never over sleep! I'm proud of it, or maybe i just simply love this job, just feel like i want to do as much as i can, to help everyone as much as i can..
After get closer with a few colleague, they always ask me to beware this and that, so and so. yup.. indeed i know you all just giving concern, thanks i will listen with my heart and try to avoid to had any problem with them.. just like the movie said, if you working in Singapore, your colleague can friend with you, but still send e-mail to complain behind of you, and of course i hate this kinda person the most.. but i think tolerant is what we need to learn at this age. if everything can be solve by complain, so you just turn the world to suits you, don't you think that is hard? even you can do it, and you can only survive in this society..
Of course counter back is necessary, try to fully utilize your EQ and IQ, things can be done in different manner, you can try not to offense others but still complete the task. remember this! it's useful.
Second, pay attention while someone is talking, listen and digest what he says, if good then we take, that is no harm for you, if it's wrong or different with the way you do, try a proper manner to counter, or just ignore it.. just noted your head isn't that hard. Singapore is this kinda country, either follow order else you're out.
Third, do more if you can, try not to escape from your job, since you already apply this job, just do whatever you need to do and belongs to your job scope, helping each other is good, he will remember the time you treat him good, this is human being.. and in another hand, if he isn't treat you good.. time will tell, treat people as how you want them to treat you. respect! don't forget! a thanks and welcome are needed..
I quite sad to know that school is consider as a company, from my first opinion, i thought school is a holy place where teacher give their knowledge to student, just like a gardener take care of all the small tresses. hope them grow stronger and be shelter of others..
and politic is further disappoint me.. my school actually split to few sector.. like Democratic, Individual, or Universal, some take care themselves some taking care about student's welfare, some just come and teach, get salary and bye bye.. always throw uncompleted task to others and said that isn't belong their job scope.
no wonder i heard a teacher say.. MOE is our HQ, Chung Cheng High Yishun is just a branch..
just for your info, so far until now i learned a lot from my HOD-IT, i learned how to protect myself in this kinda society. every little thing must be black and white, even it's a bit troublesome, but it really prevent from any mistake or unnecessary things happen, and thanks her for giving me such flexible timetable, although i work really efficient, *thats why i always got time eecc klkk* some more i heard that she does give compliment in front of other teacher about me. thanks thanks.. lolx
